DOC Kaas U.A. is co-owner of DMK GmbH. DMK is the largest dairy cooperative in Germany and processes milk into food of the highest quality. The company has approximately 7,200 employees at more than 20 locations in Germany and the Netherlands and other target international markets.
The product portfolio is broad: from cheese, daily fresh dairy products and ingredients to baby food, ice cream and whey products. Brands like MILRAM, Oldenburger, Uniekaas, Alete and Humana are highly appreciated by consumers in Germany and abroad.
As one of the largest suppliers to German supermarket chains and with a turnover of €5.6 billion, the DMK Group is one of the leading companies in the dairy industry in Europe.
Representation of administrative bodies DMK
Coöperatie DOC Kaas U.A. has been co-owner of DMK GmbH since 1 April 2016. Since then, the cooperative has been represented in several administrative bodies of DMK GmbH, including the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Supervisory Board. Here she has voting rights. DOC Kaas U.A. also attends meetings of the Advisory Board and of the Board of cooperative Deutsches Milchkontor eG. It does not have voting rights at these meetings.
